Ultimate Body Boot Camp, LLC is a results based fitness company that takes the workout outdoors. They are the home to our Scottsdale, AZ Boot Camps with a Purpose. This event raised money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. Richelle Medle and her team hosted a boot camp filled with cardio, muscle, building, and strength training!

Des membres du 5e Groupe Brigade Mécanisé du Canada (5 GBMC) durant la course de 10 km.

   

Jeudi le 28 avril 2011 le 5e Groupe-brigade mécanisé du Canda a tenu son défi annuel du Commandant. Plus de 1100 membres ont participé aux activités incluant une course de 10 km autour de la base. En plus, chaque membre devait faire un maximum de chin-ups, sit-ups, et push-ups quand ils ont completé la course.

Staff from HHC, 1st Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment had a friendly competition of dodgeball against U.S. Army Sergeant Majors from the National Capital Region on JBM-HH, Jan. 31, 2017. Meanwhile, Soldiers from Bravo Co, 1-3IN, The Old Guard were participating in the Squad PT Competition. Events within the Squad PT Competition include 150 Chin-ups as a group, 450 Air Squats as a group, a rope climb (pictured here), a casket relay (pictured here), 250 Pushups and 250 Situps as a group, and a run around the base carrying 40 pound rucks.

Geweldig, als ik lig heb ik gewoon geen dikke buik meer! Nu wat situps gaan doen en voor de lente ben ik strak! :-D
