Day 138 - In recent gym sessions I've started doing sit-ups in an attempt to exercise something other than my legs!
A 5km run followed by 100 sit ups with this 6kg ball (or the red 8kg one) make me think I'm doing something (though probably not correctly!).

Des membres du 5e Groupe Brigade Mécanisé du Canada (5 GBMC) durant la course de 10 km.
Jeudi le 28 avril 2011 le 5e Groupe-brigade mécanisé du Canda a tenu son défi annuel du Commandant. Plus de 1100 membres ont participé aux activités incluant une course de 10 km autour de la base. En plus, chaque membre devait faire un maximum de chin-ups, sit-ups, et push-ups quand ils ont completé la course.
