Jeudi le 28 avril 2011 le 5e Groupe-brigade mécanisé du Canda a tenu son défi annuel du Commandant. Plus de 1100 membres ont participé aux activités incluant une course de 10 km autour de la base. En plus, chaque membre devait faire un maximum de chin-ups, sit-ups, et push-ups quand ils ont completé la course.

So I restarted the push-up challenge, and also started doing the squats & sit-ups.
Roxy just stared at us while we did the push-ups & the squats, but as soon as we got down to do sit-ups she thought it was play time. Luckily after the 2nd set she realized we weren't going to play with her and gave up.
Anyway, my legs were pretty wobbly going up and down the stairs, so we'll see how I feel tomorrow haha.
U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 333rd Military Police Brigade had the opportunity to attend a Fit Camp at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey June 2-16, 2018, hosted by the 336th MP Battalion. The battalion provided the Soldiers with training, coaching and mentorship for the duration of the Fit Camp with the goal of improving the Soldiers’ physical fitness and educating them on proper nutrition, injury prevention and ways to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.
