I thought I could entertain Butchie while doing situps by swinging the mouse skin on a stick while I did the situps. It actually worked, though seeing this huge cat flying through the air, from the floor, on my back, was a bit frightening.

 

He had a work out and I had a work out, all good.

Des membres du 5e Groupe Brigade Mécanisé du Canada (5 GBMC) durant la course de 10 km.

   

Jeudi le 28 avril 2011 le 5e Groupe-brigade mécanisé du Canda a tenu son défi annuel du Commandant. Plus de 1100 membres ont participé aux activités incluant une course de 10 km autour de la base. En plus, chaque membre devait faire un maximum de chin-ups, sit-ups, et push-ups quand ils ont completé la course.
