Refurbishment of the building including stone repairs, roof repairs, updating mechanical and electrical services to meet regulatory requirements, replace internal finishes and minor internal rearrangements along with some siteworks.
Full QS service, traditional procurement. The challenge for this project was to meet the strict budget. We provided a cost plan to guide the design, regular cost checks to control cost during design development, a Bills of Quantities and careful monitoring to control cost during construction; contract and tender documentation for main works; regular predictive cost reports.
1] Siteworks had 4 guys working on front side of canopy grades. 148 yards of undercut was removed.
2] Southeastern pump and tank had 9 guys working on fuel lines.
3] M&J had 5 guys working on interior rough.
4] Doster had 6 guys working on FRP, hanging sheetrock, plywood and finishing.
5] Doster had 2 guys working on paint on roof screens.
6] CE holt had 3 guys working on setting roof top equipment and interior cooler doors.
7] Tino tile had 2 guys working on floor and wall tile.
