Refurbishment of the existing church and bell-tower together with repairs and alterations to boundary walls together with associated siteworks.
Full QS service, traditional procurement. The challenge for this project was to meet the strict budget. We provided a cost plan to guide the design, regular cost checks to control cost during design development, a Bills of Quantities and careful monitoring to control cost during construction; contract and tender documentation for main works; regular predictive cost reports.

Trenholm State Community College is currently in the process of architecturally re-branding their Patterson Campus. Trenholm State Community College’s Automotive Collision Repair Program was moved from the Trenholm Campus to the Patterson Campus, and in doing so, will utilize an existing 18,727sf metal building/warehouse which was conducive for the collision repair area. Additional square footage was added to the building to encompass two classrooms, a resource room, offices, tool storage, and a paint shop. The paint shop consists of two new pre-fabricated paint booths, mixing station, and prep area A new façade was developed to enhance the overall appearance of the building. This building is the first of many to feature the new architectural style.
Trenholm State Community College’s Administration and Financial Aid Building project included a new metal retrofit roof and the renovation of an existing building that houses administration offices, financial aid and other student amenities as part of there “Student Success” center to allow for additional classrooms. The existing spaces were updated with new finishes and associated energy efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. A new entrance and sitework were designed to give a good first impression to students and administrators entering campus.
Trenholm State Community College purchased state of the art prefabricated welding booths for their welding program. However, the buildings electrical system could not accommodate the loads for the booths. Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood was hired to prepare the architecture and engineering drawings to allow the program to use their new welding stations.
Building B & Building D were renovations that include interior and exterior work, re-roofing, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, site work, exterior lighting, new streets, repairs and alterations to existing streets and parking lots, landscaping, and sidewalks.

6] Tino tile had 2 guys working on wall tile around cooler.
7] McGee brothers had 5 guys working on side entry knee wall.
8] ACS had A delivery of dowel baskets.

1] Acs has A good start on curb.
2] Stone has been placed around building.
3] Floor tile is 80% wall tile is underway.
4] M&J running conduit homeruns.
5] Storefront install is underway.
6] Drywall, FRP & plywood is well underway.
7] Completion of canopy colum masonary is complete as well the dumpster walls. Knee wall is 95%.Awaiting row lock brick.
8] Canopy rework complete.

2] Paint and Frp will be complete as well framing will be done.
3] Curb and sidewalks will be well under way.
4] Fuel lines will begin 2-27-2012 with new sub.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler rough-in is complete at the 2nd floor and progressing up to the 3rd floor.
Shingle and Flat Roof Installation is underway and 65% complete.
Building weather wrap is being installed and 30% complete.

Underground Rough is 100% complete
The slab is poured and waiting for wood framing to commence.
Building 4
Foundation is 1000% complete
Elevator shaft construction is complete
Underground Plumbing Rough is 25% complete
Underground Electrical Rough is 50% complete

Progress pending framing start forecasted to for October 2018.

The sitework includes a new helicopter landing pad on the south side of the building. When the new Emergency Center in the South Pavilion opens late fall, the helipad near the current Emergency Center off of Levan Road will be closed.
