The Gulf of Naples submerged by a rainy day presents itself to the spectator's eye in all its beauty. it is in fact, not surprisingly, considered the most beautiful gulf in the world.

An image of the Sinus Iridum region on the moon taken the evening of the 14th April. This area bounded by the semi circular Jura Mountains is actually a flooded crater basin that is approximately 260 kms across. The image consists of the 100 best images from 10000 taken.
The Golden Handle is a visual effect at the lunar terminator.
About 10 to 11 days after new moon the valley of the rainbow bay (Sinus Iridum) is still in shadow, while the mountain peaks of the adjacent Montes Jura are already reached by sunlight due to their height of up to 2700 meters. Because of its concise shape, reminiscent of a handle, and the yellowish light reflected from the Moon, this formation received the name "Golden Handle".
This photo is taken with my Smart Telescope "ZWO Seestar S50".

Shot with a pre-production Lumix GX80 and the new 12-60mm zoom lens. I used a Genus Eclipse Vari-ND to shoot at slow shutter speeds, right here 1/1.6" at 25mm handheld. What you see is looking down at an old wooden bridge, and the stream below with an iron pillar in the middle, lit by the setting sun.
Location: Villingsberg, Sweden.
I have been using my son's Kodak point and shoot camera today to take pictures for training purposes - working toward demonstrating the differences between cameras - P&S vs Bridge camera vs Entry level DSLR vs Enthusiast level mirrorless vs Pro level DSLR.
Problem is, the bloody P&S is turning out some lovely images...
*sigh*
I will work harder to turn out 'bad' samples.
