i do not remember this lady's name, but she was very nice. my mom asked her if she had known my grandfather, but she didnt remember the name... probably because my mom told her his nickname instead of his real name. oops.
among her stuff, she had a picture of prince charles doing something in a kilt at the castle sinclair.
The Tall Sign Was Added By Sinclair In The Late 1960's, When The Station Was Built. The Original Logo Survived All The Way Until Circa 2010. Then, A Newer Square-Shaped Sinclair Logo Replaced The Previous One At That Time. Then In Early 2019, A Storm Knocked Out And Destroyed The Logo Of The Sign. Since 2019, There Unfortunately Was No Logo On The Sign.
The Station Has Always Been A Sinclair And Still Survives As One To This Day!
They Also Have Sinclair Gifts Inside The Store!

Next day, and Caroline had "Caithness in a Day" planned for us. We started under cloudy skies at Gringoe and Sinclair castle ruins, near Staxigoe.
Behind us is a small sign cautioning us to be careful, as the ruin might fall over at a moment's notice. If we didn't mind. You know. Ahem.

To view in stereo, sit 2-3 feet from the monitor and gently cross your eyes so that the two images become three. The one in the middle will be in 3d. If you are finding this difficult, you may be trying too hard. Viewing the original size is best.
