After a few months off due to bereavement I am now back card making. Here is my first entry to the LOVE anything goes challenge. The background uses a Jelly plate with Oxide inks and Simon Says snowflake dies.

We have had more snow and I have been thinking of spring and having some colour in my garden. Made this using SSS Spring Flowers set, embossing and colouring with Zig Markers. Added to the current SSS Flickr Challenge.

Simon Says is a classic simple and addictive memory game from the 80's. Just follow and repeat the sequence of lights and sounds for as long as you can.
Features:
- 4 difficulty levels: easy, normal, hard and extra.

Difficulty levels:
Easy : constant pattern speed and no time out.
Normal : pattern speed gets faster and there is 2 sec time out.
Hard : pattern speeds get even faster and there is 1 sec time out.
Extra : each round two notes are added to the sequence, pattern speed gets faster and there is 1 sec time out.

A bit late on this weeks upload but I was a bit tired after the weekend.
It was a local festival over the weekend held at De Montfort Hall, which is now in its third year and becoming something I look forward to each year.

A card for the Simon Says Flickr group challenge#69 , I have used the Painted Flower stamp from Altenew and stamped onto a "Stitched Square"die cut from Simon Says. The sparkle is from the added pearls. More details on my blog

I had a fun weekend practicing my watercolouring techniques. I used the Altenew "Beautiful Day " stamp and the sentiments are all Simon Says and the green striped background id an old stamp from Hero Arts called Canvas Stripes. I always love it to get random texts of people saying "Are you in Ghent?". Cause most of the time I am and there's nothing better than catching up with a drink or a bite. Han is the fashion designer I did a shoot for before the summer. She took me to Simon Says for a bite, it was great to see her again.

I'm also submitting this for the Simon Says Summer Food and/or Drink Challenge here.
I embossed the jar onto vellum using silver ink and clear embossing powder and coloured the vellum yellow with a copic marker. I made the straw from washi tape, glittered my lemon slice and added sequins for my "ice cubes".

NZL-41 a former Americas Cup race yacht, is today operated by Sail NZ of Auckland as a tourist venture on the city's Waitemata Harbour.
I decided to make this quick card after finding some die cut snowflakes on my desk while tidying the mess. The base card and layers are cut using Simon Says "Stitched Square" Dies and the Stripe stamp is Hero Arts. Blogged here
