While searching for something in my archives, I came across this shot of Silver assisting me in preparing my taxes.
His expression matched my mood when faced with that unpleasant task.
March 2011.
Bella's hair has thinned out quite a bit. I'm guessing because of the heat. She's still beautiful though.
Jarvis loves to be carried around the garden like this, he can have a good old nosey at all the things he can't reach from the ground. In the morning he sits on the kitchen work top next to the door, waiting for me to go to work. As Julie goes to the door to see me off, Jarvis will jump onto her shoulder so he can have a walk out to the front of the house, an area very much out of bounds to the cats. He thinks he is so special to be alowed to do this!
Look at his cute little paw up because it's cold. #silvertabby #kitties #cats via Instagram www.instagram.com/p/BqmVbEOgwo1/
Carly found this empty food bowl in the garage and decided it would make a good place for a nap. She was still being bottle fed at the time.
Brandy and Lola looking at each other through the open balcony door (can't remember if Brandy was keeping Lola in or Lola was keeping Brandy out but that staring contest lasted more than just a few minutes)

Today is the first time in 5+ years that Gidget has not experienced severe car sickness on her way to the vet via auto. We took our vet's advice and purchased a pheromone spray along with a collar that calms cats and it definitiely works.
Jarvis is in the doghouse! Today whilst Julie was preparing our New Year dinner, Jarvis found out just how comfortable a bed of puff pastry could be! Fortunately the apple turnovers (empty at the time) were covered with a cloth whilst they cooled down. They are now rather flat.
You just throw it on your back and pretend its not there. While you look out of the window at more interesting things.!
We had Mickey in foster care. We thought we were going to lose him because he got so sick and lost so much weight. We were doing what we could to save him that included round the clock syringe feeding him formula every few hours. If you cannot get much down him at a sitting you just do the feeding often. It is wonderful when they turn the corner and start taking in more food, then start eating on their own. It is wonderful to have saved a life. Here he is all better. Once back at the shelter he was quickly adopted.
