Custom Office Signs by Strata Signs Chicago. www.customoutdoorwoodensigns.com. Office sign for a CPA office in North Eastern Illinois. This free-standing unit is installed at the entry door in a patch of lawn area directly in front of this smaller office building. The larger text in this sign demonstrates that a small sign can have a large impact and high visibility.

Apparently these were posted all around Cleveland by someone that clearly had it out for this guy. City workers removed any the came across. They saved this one and stuck it to their lockers.

Tavern Signs by Strata custom exterior wooden signs. www.customoutdoorwoodensigns.com. Hanging tavern sign for an old style pub located in the Philadelphia Historic District. The customer supplied artwork was faithfully reproduced by Strata. HDU was used as the base material for this hanging sign as this reduced its weight.

This custom business sign greeted guests to the exclusive Cape Santa Maria Bahamas resort. With the hotel situated close to the superb white sand beach area, this business sign had to withstand the sometimes high winds and ocean salt spray. The sign’s design used many elements from the resort’s website and promotional material, including the beach scene with the cabana and palm trees. The tricolor seahorses from the company logo were reimagined to add dimensionality. www.customoutdoorwoodensigns.com

Dentist sign by Strata Signs. Big City Dental office sign routed in hdu. www.customoutdoorwoodensigns.com

This building, wall mounted direction sign guided patients to the parking area at the rear of the institution. The raised customer logo was faithfully reproduced at the top of sign. Direction text is incised in bottom panel. Matching colors were provided by the customer. www.customoutdoorwoodensigns.com

Exterior business signage for Yo Factory frozen yogurt shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Routed high density urethane. www.customoutdoorwoodensigns.com

finally finished the front door of the shop!

outer panel: mirror gold outline, verigated gold fill

small lettering is mirror gold with black drop shadows & large letters are mirror gold outline with matte gold centers & abalone inlay in the centers.

entire panel is back-painted with a custom mixed pale green paint.

Other than repainting the bed after repairs were completed, the truck had not been painted since Dave put it on the road in 1970.

That being said, when it does come time to repaint the cab (it needs some metal work done, which will, sadly, require a repaint), I plan to take the truck to a signshop and have someone recreate this on something else BEFORE I take the truck to get painted so as to assure it won't lose the look (I'll remove the numbers, obviously, and replace them with "Not for Hire")
