Project 365 - Band Evening.
Day 90 found me at the local high school with my sax. The local school band programme was having a "dessert evening", featuring the students. The Annapolis Basin Community Band and the Annapolis Big Band also played (thus me and my sax) - we played several pieces and also joined the kids for a couple numbers as a massed band.
It is great to see these kids enjoying music... it brings back memories of school band days! Let's hope the school administrators continue to SUPPORT band programmes in the schools as a VALUABLE art course!
Apologies for the photo quality - I had enough gear to lug around without hauling my DSLR too - so I used my phone...
Yup, I watch the pretty weeds grow in my back yard for relaxation. (2009 - I think I used my old Kodak for this one.)
Purple phlox, red/orange poppies, pink roses, and... tall grass... :-)

I have two cats. This is CeCe, girl.
Her fur if very soft, not stiff all. It makes me think of rabbit fur.
I find it interesting since they are brother and sister.
