I found this shell while walking on St. Thomas, USVI right before I slipped into the edge of the water and poked my foot on a sea urchin. It hurt so bad I thought I would see a giant pool of blood in the water. At first I thought I cut my foot but it also felt like I was getting stung by bees at the same time. Anyway I stopped and looked at my foot and saw five dots and then I looked in the water and figured it out.
Shell-shaped Shell gas station built in 1930 and preserved up until present day. It is the last shell-shaped station of the gas franchise. Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
This is the first version of the shell. I increased the black point and brightness and decreased the saturation. I like how the purple is brought out more when the saturation is increased and how some parts are still a darker purple.
