Assorted shells out of my shell collection.. These were gifted to me by my husbands grandfather. I also included a stone in the shape of a heart.. Not man made.
On our way home from Baguio we had to stop and fill up our van, I liked how the sign and logo looked against the clear afternoon sky.
I got a day to myself today. Hubs took the girl to the beach, and she brought these home. I'm glad the sand is by her bed and not mine. :)

The car that they blew up was actually a '67 Chevrolet Camaro and in the movie Cisco is supposed to be in California.

Sanya is the southernmost city on Hainan Island in Southeast China. The population of Sanya is approximately 685,000 inhabitants living in an area of 1,920 square kilometres. The city is a popular tourist destination with Chinese and Russian tourists because of its tropical climate.
Dad & Terrie collecting shells at the beach. There were so many and they were huge. I've never seen such a display.
Shell design in Margate's Shell Grotto - it's shells, shells, shells.
Margate's Shell Grotto was discovered in 1835, although its actual age and origin is unknown.
The grotto is a 70ft passageway ending at the Altar Room, a small rectangular chamber 15 by 20ft.
The grotto gets its name from the 4.6m shells that decorate the interior with geometric patterns and stylised imagery.
A friend gathered these while we were walking on the beach. Several nested so nicely I thought it was worth saving!

A shelling demonstration being held in a field. I remember going out with my Dad as he shelled the excess corn for the farmers. This after their cribs had been filled.

Like go to the beach because there are always interesting things to see.
I was driving 3 of my drunken friends when Sindre suddenly found out that he had to make a stop at a Shell station in Kristiansand to take a shower :P
