The lady in the background is a picture of my late grandmother. She was sharp as a tack all her life and up to the day she died. She was a teacher for 50 years and was a mean card player. I will always miss her. Love you always grandma.. The pin was hers , the last thing she gave me before she died. Its a swallow.

On a lovely walk through Dunstable Downs and saw this and loved the contrast of the sharpness of the plant with the haze.

The home-made expansion board. As I recall it’s mainly extra memory, but I can’t be bothered to look up the chips’ part numbers.

This guy was sitting in the tree outside my bedroom window this morning, waiting for breakfast to arrive at the birdfeeder. I've never seen one up so close before. He was beautiful; about the size of a Rock Pigeon. It was cool to see him, I just don't want him to eat my little birds!

Yippee....another giant statue off the list! I was getting a little nervous that we were going to roll into Ashern after sunset, but Jack, our bus driver got me there in time! This was our last stop before hitting Winnipeg. What a great weekend adventure!

Probably my favorite car of this concentration, a 1969 Corvette Stingray, the start of my favorite corvette model series (love those fenders). The lines, the colors, the glossiness, the shine... it's so attractive. So simple, yet, so powerful.
