The Zama American High School Trojans brought their teamwork into sharp focus to beat the Robert D. Edgren High School Eagles from Misawa Air Base 40 – 17 during the homecoming football game at ZAHS’s Barry Huitema Field Oct. 19.

In the afternoon, a Homecoming parade was held to fire up the community and prepare for the football games. Hundreds of observers lined the streets of Camp Zama and cheered as they watched a cavalcade of lavish floats, marching bands, cheerleader squads, growling motorcycles and more. They proceeded on a route that began at the ZAHS campus, circled around the center of the installation, and returned to Trojan Field prior to the homecoming games.

Participants in the parade included Soldiers assigned to Camp Zama, community organizations both on and off the installation, and of course the students themselves. A cheering squad or – oendan, from nearby Seiryo High School also participated in the parade and performed a synchronized, high-energy routine in support of the ZAHS football games.

Modeling the new black & gold & "Gold 45 Revolver" Gold'N'Virtue swimsuits with the main equation to Moving Dimensions Theory on the swimsuits: dx4/dt=ic. Yes I have a Ph.D. in physics! :) You can read more about my research and Hero's Odyssey Physics here:

herosodysseyphysics.wordpress.com/ MDT PROOF#2: Einstein (1912 Man. on Rel.) and Minkowski wrote x4=ict. Ergo dx4/dt=ic--the foundational equation of all time and motion which is on all the shirts and swimsuits. Every photon that hits my Nikon D800e's sensor does it by surfing the fourth expanding dimension, which is moving at c relative to the three spatial dimensions, or dx4/dt=ic!

Epic Goddesses straight out of Homer's Iliad!

Homer's Iliad: "RAGE! Sing, O goddess, the anger of Achilles son of Peleus, that brought countless ills upon the Achaeans. Many a brave soul did it send hurrying down to Hades, and many a hero did it yield a prey to dogs and vultures, for so were the counsels of Jove fulfilled."

The old entrance to the canal at Sharpness was opened in 1827. By 1908, the old entrance was no longer used and the area became a neglected backwater. In the early 1990s, the old gates were damaged by a very high tide and were replaced by a dam. This dam and its sluices maintain the water in the basin well above its historic level.

I think I got a nice finish on the razor, but then it took a couple of hours to sharpen too!

Hey does anyone else still remember spending their first Christmas away from home? How awesome was that right!

For most of us it was during college and the night's dinner typically consisted of Chinese food or another sort of take out. This being the result of your cool friend - who thought she was the best chef in the world, and would over cook the main dish, or just plain add in the wrong ingredients; like seashells or cat food. I know right.

It was still a great time though, and it brought new meaning to good ol' home cooking and family dinners.

With budgets being tight, we also experienced our shares of convenience store Christmas gifts and minimalist tree decorations. Long way to get to this I know.

So when I was going through some of my old stuff, I came across this happy little tin dove that we had on one of our college era Christmas trees.

From a dollar store here in LA at the time, these bright and simple ornaments really classed up my friend's tree. Not only that, but whenever we needed a knife, they would also come in handy. Because these things are sharp as f***! Still to this day.

It was so cool to find this little thing. And it probably deserves a better life then sitting in a box for years. So, here it now hangs. On a great big tree at a great big church. Saint Monica.

Hopefully someone else will notice it and admire how simple and pretty it is. And hopefully they won't touch it, unless they want a giant slice in their finger. Ouch, sharp.

So many memories and so many smiles on this day. And hospital visits and wound treatments lol.

At any rate. I hope all of you have a very Merry Christmas with your families and your friends. And kids and seagulls and relatives. Cause they're all kind of the same, right. Lol. Happy Holidays everyone.

Hello,

Sharp vision is the first photo in a serie of four. To be honest it's not the first photo I took for this month challenge but I think it's a good one to start with.

This month I was taking photos of my girl so she could use them on her website (check it out).

At the end I ask her to do something different that's not appropriate to post on her website but perfect for my project.

I like the outcome especially because shooting portraits is not something I do a lot.

Ralph Waldo Emerson. The happiest man is he who learns from nature the lesson of worship.

Lucius Annaeus Seneca: On entering a temple we assume all signs of reverence. How much more reverent then should we be before the heavenly bodies, the stars, the very nature of God!

John Muir: All the wild world is beautiful, and it matters but little where we go, to highlands or lowlands, woods or plains, on the sea or land or down among the crystals of waves or high in a balloon in the sky; through all the climates, hot or cold, storms and calms, everywhere and always we are in God's eternal beauty and love. So universally true is this, the spot where we chance to be always seems the best.
