Share.nyc (share.dj) was hosted by Gill Arno's loftspace, 'Fotòfono' in S. Williamsburg on Nov. 2, 2008. It was very warm, kids-friendly atmosphere. We did potluck dinner and jam! share.dj/share/event_info.php?eventID=523

we arrived to cafe and I asked the girls what they were going to drink. Just cola, said L. - And you, S? Oh, I just want a sip from L's glass she smiled. L looked at S and her eyes shared so much light, I just could not resist getting hold of my camera..

Quilts made by the Stray Threads Guild
Woodinville, Washington
Enclosed are 6 pictures of 6 quilts completed in the last month by members of our quilt guild. We donate primarily to two charities: American Heroes, which provides comfort quilts to recovering soldiers at Madigan VA Hospital at JB Fort Lewis/McChord, and to Camp Korey, in Carnation, Washington, which provides an outdoor camping experience to seriously ill children. These quilts will be delivered to these two charities next week.

"Shared Space" is a tool that allows scenographers to create virtual sound spheres in any space in a museum. This new experience offers the public the possibility to merge more deeply with works of art. While wearing headphones, the visitor is at the center of every sound. Depending on their location in the museum, the visitor can focus on a specific sound, story, or sound texture. In this way, senses other than sight, may be aroused and stimulated.
"Without Music, life would be a huge mistake"...you all agree, dont you?
Everyone has a song buzzing in their heads. For some its the first song/tune they hear in the morning, for some it's the latest hit song being played on all radio stations and music channels over and over again...and for some it's that one song that's always there, evoking a cherished memory, a small tear, a giggle, a pain...
Tell me which is your song...
Do leave a comment here so we can all go check it out!
Here's mine :
Hey there Delilah
What's it like in New York City?
I'm a thousand miles away
But girl, tonight you look so pretty
Yes you do
Times Square can't shine as bright as you
I swear it's true
Hey there Delilah
Don't you worry about the distance
I'm right there if you get lonely
Give this song another listen
Close your eyes
Listen to my voice, it's my disguise
I'm by your side...

Check out our Share Our Streets campaign featuring residents, workers and visitors who walk, run, skate, ride and drive in the City of Melbourne. Based on the theme of ‘odd couples’, the photos depict pairs of different road users posing together in the spirit of respect and cooperation.

There is only so much room on a branch of our evergreen trees. These two were only going to share it for a little while as the mourning dove later pecked at the sparrow to leave.
Each year, DDB Canada's offices showcases their culture of creativity by hosting Share DDB, a unique fundraising event where staff members contribute items to the silent auction. Items range from photography, paintings and handmade jewellery to rock-climbing lessons, sailing adventures, catered gourmet dinners and more. Anything that can be imagined (and made) can be submitted for staff, their significant others, clients, suppliers and invited guests to bid on.
The proceeds are split between two deserving charities selected by staff. Share DDB 2013 in Vancouver raised $25,000 for two very deserving charities, the James Lee Foundation and Music Heals.
