Two extraordinary women: my late wife Jerre and, of course, La Gioconda.

Original photo taken around 1984. This is a detail of a picture I took of the front of my refrigerator on February 12, 2006. I had posted several pics of my kids on my refrigerator door over the years. This particular one was taken after we had been to a fair, and the kids had received balloons and face paint! Note the pink balloons are labeled with the girls initials so there would be no confusion or arguing about them! :-) Not sure it worked but they shared pretty well between themselves anyway... I love this shot and the memories it evokes of the years when my children were young!

See the old stereo with records just behind them, too!

Some of the other folks I was sharing the trail with this afternoon at the Mission Peak Regional Preserve. I still think the cyclist needs his head examining though. :)

I typically upload in small sets - don't just look at the latest one in my photostream as you might be missing something you'll like more.... and your comments are ALWAYS welcome :)

I may have been quiet on the creative front lately due to a season break in product launches, but today, I'm thrilled to reveal a couple of controllers that hold a special place in my design journey. 🌟🎨

Around a year ago, I had the privilege of crafting these beauties, both of which found their spot in the Official Microsoft Xbox Summer Collection lineup. 🌞🎮

These controllers are more than just images; they're 3D renders brought to life with the magic of SolidWorks and the incredible rendering power of Keyshot. ️🌐

The PDP Frosted Diamond controller, in crisp white, was an exhilarating challenge. Capturing the unique material in the 3D realm was no easy feat. If you peeked at the Keyshot Materials Graph, it would resemble a tangle of spaghetti, all to achieve that authentic, realistic look! 🍝🎨

The Australian Opal controller, on the other hand, presented its own set of artistic hurdles. It blended metallic paints with a matte-like texture, requiring meticulous attention to detail. 🎨💎

I'm immensely proud of the final results, and it warms my heart to know that Microsoft appreciated them enough to feature them in their official lineup. 😃🎉

Stay tuned for more creative adventures, and thank you for being a part of this incredible journey! 🙏❤️ #DesignAdventures #XboxSummerCollection #3DRendering #GamingMagic #KeyshotArt #GamerLife #DesignInspiration #XboxSeriesX #GamingController #CreativeProcess

"Shared Space" is a tool that allows scenographers to create virtual sound spheres in any space in a museum. This new experience offers the public the possibility to merge more deeply with works of art. While wearing headphones, the visitor is at the center of every sound. Depending on their location in the museum, the visitor can focus on a specific sound, story, or sound texture. In this way, senses other than sight, may be aroused and stimulated.
