To get a good shot out of a shadow, it needs a recognisable shape and tonally or texturally interesting surface. This image contains all of these but as it is not a meaningful shadow (e.g. a person in a certain pose) it needs to emphasise that the composition is being presented as a piece of art. Tutor suggests - monochrome conversion, some darkening at the corners and edges, vignette filter, burn tool, diffuse glow filter to add grain and ethereal quality, selective blurring at the edges to add depth etc.
