In this vacation I attempted to collect my childhood memories by visiting village place Kangthi (My mothers hometown) where I used to spend summer vacations in childhood. I also visited a village Dighol (My brother-in-laws hometown). I will share the various images captured in this vacation soon. I hope you will enjoy them.

I decided to create a unique photo collage with various shapes that i saw around me. I have carefully joined each shape together in some way or another through symmetry etc.

This shape was suggested to me by my wife, and I’m glad she did. She has been quilting for over 18 years and she has an excellent eye for design and color. I took pictures of 7 other shapes but this one is the best of the lot!

I chose my praying carpet because I noticed the difrences of shapes that is used in this carpet. Also, we can see the repetition in some shapes such as the rhombus in different design and shapes in islamic style.

This is a project I've started working on... manipulating photos of industrial/everyday fixtures and representing just the architectural features, the lines, the shapes, and the shadows that they create within the world.

The shape the the leaves and stems of this weed naturally took as they dried up.

All the stump type shapers I've seen are right handed friendly, putting my lefty self at a slight disadvantage.

Dave made me a very nice brass shaper, with a nice sharp edge and a great hexagonal handle too for grip.

I'm SO SPOILED!! :D
