It promotes this video
blogs.sfweekly.com/shookdown/2011/10/mc_hammer_lines_up_f...
It will be interesting to see how much the video cost to make & if Conway or his IEC paid for the promoted tweet when the info is filed.
I also wonder why the twitter investor (who has only tweeted 7 times, 6 in the last day) promoted his retweet rather than Brian Wilson's original tweet.
He also made his first post at Huffington Post (he's one of the 1% who doesn't need to be paid for his writing by Arianna & AOL) to promote the video

Valencia Streetscape project "included the replacement and addition of 76,000 square feet of sidewalk and the installation of pedestrian bulbouts to provide traffic calming, facilitate street crossing and add space for gathering.
Additional improvements included the planting of 106 Brisbane Box and London Plane trees along the sidewalks, new trash receptacles, 69 bike racks, 32 wheel chair accessible curb ramps, 26 roadway scale lights and 46 pedestrian scale lights.
Four Victorian-themed street posts, uniquely designed for Valencia Street and through the San Francisco Arts Commission, were also installed at particular locations. Public art called Valencia Street Post was installed by artist Michael Arcega."
