Juniors and Misses Dress or Jumper: The collarless dress V1 or jumper V2 and 3 with shaped and lowered waistline seam has princess line bodice with side seams, an a line skirt, lowered round neckline, back zipper and top stitching, V1 & 2 skirt has front inverted pleat. V1 has short set in sleeves V2 and 3 are sleeveless. V2 has button trimmed patch pockets. V3 skirt is cut on bias.
Simplicity 4437; ©1953; Misses' and Women's Coat in Three Lengths: Roll collar is cut in one with coat front. Deep armholes are square at underarm. Coat has slanted welt pockets. Long sleeves are opened at lower edge of shoulder seam and turn back to form shaped cuffs. View 1, long coat, has a four button closing. Three-quarter length coat, View 2, has top stitching trim and a one button closing. View 3, short coat has a one button closing.
Top I made using the Taffy Blouse sewing pattern from 'The Colette Sewing Handbook' by Sarai Mitnick.

Vogue 2872- Copyright 1973- Misses Dress- Semi-fitted and flared lined dress in mid-knee length has a jewel neckline, topstitched slot and tucked princess seams. Sleeveless or above elbow length sleeves. With or without belt holding in slight fullness at the waist.

Since I've been stuck inside a lot lately, overstressed from virus paranoia, and now, literally prevented from going to my day job, I've been messing around using graphics editing software to make better graphics for my Etsy shop.
I've been using a combination of GIMP and Autodesk Sketchbook to make interesting and attractive thumbnail photos for things for sale in my shop.
It's quite relaxing and I'm quickly becoming more adept at using the software.
