The copy I have of this pattern has no envelope. I can't find an image of the envelope anywhere. If anyone can help, please let me know?
Loose fitting, lined top has shoulder pads, princess seams, back button closing and short above elbow or long sleeves. Version A and Bi have a bias collar. There is no provision for above the waist adjustment. Lined skirt above mid knee variation or below mid knee, has waistband, side front/side back seams, side front pockets and back zipper. Version D and E are A line, Version F has tapered back slit. This is an new pattern with the factory fold, envelope is in excellent conditon. 1996 pattern size 6-10

Teen-Boys and Men's Western Shirt (Transfer for Embroidery Included): The top-stitched shirt with shirt collaar has front band button or decorative snap closing, shaped front and back yokes, long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned or decorative snap fastened cuffs and optional buttoned or decorative snap fastened flapped patch pockets. V. 1 features embroidered yokes. V. 2 has contrasting yokes, collar band and cuff facings.
This pattern is cut but contains all pieces.
The pattern envelope is in good condition.
