The sleeveless and collarless jumper version 1 and pant jumper version 2 with either button or buckle trimmed shoulder straps has back zipper, optional top stitching, and patch pockets with optional button trim. Jumper version 1 is regular length. Pant jumper version 2 is above knee-length

Semi-fitted A-lined skirt has front in-seam pockets.
NOTIONS: Skirt: One 7"/9" Invisible Zipper, One Waistband Hook and Eye Closure.
FABRICS: Skirt: Taffeta, Lightweight Gabardine, Lightweight Denim, Linen.
Lining: Lining Fabrics.
Cute skirt! by a designer I've never heard of. Pattern includes a sack-like top that looks like medical scrubs with complicated darts that don't add any shape.

While there is currently a "Barby's Fabrics" operating out of Niger, I'm considering it far more likely this is a Barby's Fabrics that operated in the "Mall in Columbia" in Columbia, MD.
(Though this pattern pre-dates the opening of the mall in 1971. Presumably Barby had a shop somewhere else. I found one reference to them being a chain in the DC area.)
