I absolutely love this pattern! Highly recommend it. I can see myself making more!

 

Things changed:

1.) Got lazy and didn't make the handle - Brought cotton webbing

2.) Added 1" to pocket pattern

3.) Added zipper pocket

4.) Added elastic (gathered) pocket

5.) Didn't use interfacing, used a heavier weight cotton for the outside, save cotton print for pockets

Most gorgeous vintage sewing pattern. Made in Melbourne by Weigels.

Love this cover not only because of Brooke Shields but the stamp on the envelope says "Kaiko'o".

 

Kaiko'o Mall was the first mall in Hilo. My mom would buy her patterns at the Singer Sewing Store there.

 

The building is still there but no longer a mall. It's been converted into State Offices.

60s Funky hip-hugger pants & bra top vintage pattern!

 

This set of 7 wooden blocks are part of a set that I bought at a yard sale and decoupaged with vintage sewing patterns. Set no. 3 includes the seven blocks pictured, 2 square (2" x 2" x 1"), 2 long rectangles (8" x 2" x 1"), 2 short squares (1"x 1" x 2"), and 1 long square (1" x 1" x 4")

Made in a blue and white stripe linen with contrast white neck tie.

Very scarce early 1960s pattern that is a lot like Barbie's "Solo in the Spotlight."

Cotton fabric is from Heather Ross. Wool is from a pair of old pants.

Panties have elastic casing at waistline and leg edges. View 1 dress has short set in sleeves and button trimmed flaps of panties fabric on bodice and skirt. View 2 is sleeveless, has contrast binding on dress, flap trim on panties and dress. View 3 is sleeveless with scoop neckline. It has contrast binding and flaps on skirt. 9 pieces.
