As seen in a Norfolk Broads pub
Thanks very much for your views, faves and comments and for getting this into Explore. This was a handheld snapshot taken in low light with the only lens I had with me at the time. Previous edits in bw looked too dark but colour seems to have worked this time. Thanks again.
Just working on some ideas for a new shop banner. Still needs some work, but I like the direction it's headed.
this sewing machine music box can be found pretty easily on aliexpress or amazon... i finally got one after intending to for a long time.
the details are really great and it does have the feel of the old singer ones, albeit a cheapy plastic version, but for almost 1/6 i am not complaining!
had a lot of fun (no, really) taking it apart to remove the music box and cut away a part of the front underside that was only there to hide the music box.
used nails and heatmold plastic to make it taller and even somewhat height-adjustable so that it can hopefully work for various 1/6 dolls.
In this photo I am top stitching leather with contrasting thread using an industrial sewing machine. Macro Mondays - Stitch. HMM : )

an image can tell different stories, depending on who sees it, is this child labor starting early , if you don't see the whole picture you can believe so, but in fact it's a little child who wanted to play with this machine, still too small to make it work, but maybe she will be interested later when she will be older, is the government then going to forbid her to work on this sewingmachne , taking away her dream to create beautiful clothes ???

second version of this image , want to show that by adding more or less information you can change the content and mood of an image and tell a complete other story the mother of the kid with her strong look is completely in contrast with the kid having fun on the sewingmachine

I've always enjoyed taking pictures of men at work. First time captured a sewing machine repair store.
I'm thinking about getting this as a tattoo. I've been wanting a crafting tattoo and I've seen a lot of neat ones on Flickr.
