A picture of the setlist from D.R.I.'s 10/11/2010 concert at Jaxx Nightclub in Springfield, VA.
Autographed by singer Kurt Brecht -- replacing the long lost autograph I got from Kurt at the original 9:30 Club before their 1991 show (where I first heard Anacrusis, as the opening band). That autograph was lost when it fell out of my Trapper Keeper.
I also got a black D.R.I. shirt (skeleton with machine gun) with tour dates onback, to replace the shirt I got from the 1991 show that my mom turned pink in the laundry (which was the epoch that caused me to do laundry for a decade, before Carolyn took it over).
I also got a guitar pick from the bassist!
I also felt old: When mentioning the last show to kid next to me, he told me that he wasn't alive then.
At one point in the show, D.R.I. said, "We have beer and you don't", and then shared their beer with everyone. And they shared some Fritos or Corn Chips with people by the stage.
Kurt Brecht was 30 when I saw them in 1991, and now he is 49. The drummer is his brother. The bassist joined the band in 1999, and seemed to be the onemost happy to be there. He frequently went out into the crowd with his wireless bass, did the most of the talking, and convined Kurt to come back on stageto perform a 2nd encore of the already-planned-to-be-played song 5 Year Plan.
D.R.I. formed in 1982 when Kurt was 21. He is also now in a brand new thrash band called, Pasadena Napalm Division (P.N.D.).

The Ballbreaker World Tour was a rock concert tour played by the hard rock band AC/DC, which had 5 legs around the world lasting 11 months starting on 12 January 1996 in Greensboro, NC finishing on 30 November 1996 in Christchurch, New Zealand. The tour saw the return of drummer Phil Rudd to the lineup making it his first tour with the group since 1981's For Those About to Rock tour. Live footage can be found on the DVD No Bull , filmed at Plaza de Toros Las Ventas, Madrid, Spain during the tour. A few more shows were released on the DVD box set Plug Me In released in 2007. Four shows were postponed in the early leg so Brian Johnson could attend his father's funeral.
A video was played at the beginning of each concert featuring Beavis and Butt-head attempting to get into the band's dressing room, only to be chased away by a female security guard sent by Angus Young.
Each concert on the tour started with a large wrecking ball 'destroying' part of the stage, forming a gap in the stage, where the band would emerge before playing "Back in Black." During the song "Ballbreaker," Brian Johnson would climb onto the top of the wrecking ball to sing. At the beginning of "Highway to Hell," the wrecking ball would drop onto the floor of the stage creating a "hole to hell," after which Angus would emerge from the hole in a cage from hell before playing the song.

Frantically jotted down in the dark at the Thomas Wolfe Memorial Auditorium. Yes, I am a big nerd.
I only made one mis-identification--I couldn't remember the name of "'Till the Money Runs Out" and tentativly guessed "In Shades." At least I knew which album it was from!
It was a truly amazing show.

3 months ago, you may remember I was lucky enough to see White Lies at a very special show in Shoreditch Town Hall, London. Well, I also managed to get one of the setlists from off the stage that night. On 17th January, at the launch of second album, Ritual, White Lies did an instore show and signing at hmv. I managed (with no help from certain security) to get the band to sign the setlist. Jack and Harry were nice enough to talk to me about the show as-well. Very proud of this
