Sete Barras

Por meio de um colega, fiquei conhecendo da possível historia do nome de Sete Barras;

1ª Historia:

Tinha um Cara que procurava ouro por essa região, e encontrou mas ele ficou sabendo que em outra região teria mas ouro então transformou o que ele tinha em sete barras de ouro e deixou enterrado neste local para depois que ele volta se poria pega-lo. Mas não encontrou por esse motivo ficou Sete Barras.

1ª Historia:

Por que por ali passa o Rio Ribeira de Iguape e nessa região seria a sétima barra do Rio Ribeira de Iguape.

Cars awaiting boarding on ship to Nador. They are filled with all sorts of old bikes. tyres, carpets, and other stuff - useless in France, but valuable elsewhere.

I was told, that people buy old cars, then fill them with "rubbish" and go visit their families, hoping to sell all the goods and pay-off the ticket.

Duncansapien, aged 21, in Sete Youth Hoste, southern France.

The hostel - atop a mountain amid the town - was full, so we slept in a barn inside the hostel grounds. The steel-sprung bed oscillated now less than 14 times per single movement you made (I counted). In the morning, a Portugese chap who'd shared the room exclaimed "thousands of animals! They bite me!". Nice place, Sete.
