One of our favorite things to do is play board games so after taking my dad out for a birthday dinner tonight, we came back to play games. Can you find the dragon on the sequence board?

Sequence of a beautiful ocean sunset, viewed from at the end of the Pacifica Pier in Pacifica, CA. Too bad no green flash was seen.
It was a big Sunday for my family and I. We sort of did like a double event: celebrated my cousin Racquelle's 18th birthday at Tomi Seafood Buffet, and then gathered at Pacifica Pier at Pacifica, CA to do some crabbing! We even met up with my cousin J.J. in the process! We hardly see him so it was a special treat.
*How it all went down*
After having our usual Sunday church service, we all gathered for lunch at the Tomi Seafood Buffet in Eastridge. Boy, there was a lot of people! Good thing we made a reservation though. At the same time, we had celebrated my cousin Racquelle's 18th birthday there (after we were just about done eating). We even had a mango cake for her and we even had small table decorations and all haha! After lunch, we all proceeded to Pacifica, CA...
It was late afternoon when we arrived to the Pacifica Pier. The weather was very nice...lots of sun and especially, no coastal fog (karlthefog)! After taking care of the parking issue, we made our camp on the pier. There were a lot of people fishing and crabbing as well, but mostly of fishing. After waiting for everyone else to arrive, we then set up the crabbing nets around our area of the pier. The weather was perfect and it wasn't windy...usually it is. After a while, the sun was setting so that was when I moved to the end of the pier to photograph and video the setting sun over the vast, clear Pacific Ocean...
After enjoying my ocean sunset alone, I headed back to our camp. We were also surprised to see my cousin Faith and her family! They arrived kinda late. By the way, while I was seeing the sunset, the rest of my cousins, Richie and my sis went walking down the beach and even reached the landforms and mountains just to the south end of the beach. I was too busy and occupied with the sunset lol. As for the crabs, we caught one ever since we arrived but it was even barely big enough so I think one of us threw it back. Overall, we caught no crab! But despite the disappointment of not getting anything, we still enjoyed our time together as a family by the sea. We also enjoyed the sunset (me the most) and just having the thrill of crabbing and pulling up the nets to see if there was life in those nets or not. We stayed at the pier until around 8 p.m. We left the pier after taking some family group pics. Then we all went our separate ways...
It was certainly a fun Sunday with my families!

This is a long exposure motion blurred on purpose photograph that creates the feeling of movement within a still image.
The photo tries to represent the experience of motion itself.
It 'stretches the moment' both literally (in the camera shutter is held open) and visually (as the details of the subject blur out horizontally).
(This is a long exposure photo of the side of the highway while driving with speed. ;-) )
Sequence of eclipse images. Totality images were shot at a variety of exposures to show different features of the corona. All eclipse photos were shot through a Stellarvue SV70 70mm f/6 refractor and Nikkor 1.4x teleconverter for focal length of 588mm, and effective focal ratio of f/8.4 on a Nikon D7200 at ISO 400. Exposures were changed via shutter speed adjustments.

A restorative yoga sequence consists of 5 to 6 yoga poses held for longer durations.
Restorative yoga techniques are based upon Iyengar yoga approach where the poses are held for 2 to 20 minutes.
Iyengar yoga was founded by late B.K.S Iyengar and based on his teachings, one of his early disciples Judith Lasater created and popularised the restorative yoga practice for passive healing.
Restorative yoga is an incredible practice that helps in healing the whole body and mind.
What draws attention is that it works on increasing flexibility through yoga asanas and that there are no predefined goals of strengthening set.
Indeed a practice we all need more but cannot get enough of.
