I always wanted to do a sequence shot, but with my Canon XSi continuous mode on it isn't anything that great, and in fact, the photo above shots that I don't get a very high frame rate with it.

I merged 4 photos into one using Photoshop CS3 with quick masks and some trickery!

I can't wait to try out my Canon 7D and doing this trick as the 7D can do up to 8 frames per second!

Sequence of a stunning sunset display over Silicon Valley. It was a nice ending to a hot, last day of June. Pics taken from around San Jose, CA right by EVHS. It was a hot, last day of June this day with afternoon highs baking up into the upper 90s for our area, reaching near triple digits indeed! A couple grass fires have also occurred this afternoon around the city. The summertime heat has surely arrived! Temps were forecast to ease a bit down back into the 80s for the remainder of this week. (Monday around sunset, June 30, 2014)

Well the UK media have arrive in force over the weekend. All new agencies seemed to be represented. The most chatty were the Sky team, currently staying at a local pub and likely to be in the area for a number a days. The flooding of the Somerset Levels makes for good TV and they seem likely to stay until a bigger story comes along!!. No doubt everyone will be there on Tues for the visit of Prince Charles

I've wanted to do one of these sequence shots for a while. All things considered, I'm pretty happy with the first attempt.
