I was watching satsang on TV even before I took Gnan and I have been doing Asim Jay Jaykar since then. The result has been very good, I have gotten a lot of peace even when dealing with my enemies. I am very happy to have gotten Gnan.

There are 2 elements, one is soul and another one is matter. This is in the form if mixture and not compound. When these to elements get together it gives rise to ego.

What causes karma?
Pujya Deepakbhai explains that the underlying wrong belief of who am I, is the cause of all karmas. All the activities-behaviour-speech of the body and ego are considered as your own - which leads to the binding of karma. The real Self-realization is to know and be aware that you are a pure Soul. Karta-bhaav is the root cause of all karmas. If one does anything wrong, then one should do bhav pratikraman (repentance) - seeking for forgiveness (in your mind) from the Soul of the person you hurt.

Kriya: This young lady started yoga a year ago and she is practicing with great dexterity this kriya, swallowing a 6-ft long piece of cloth to cleanse the stomach of bile.
Decided to give this place another visit since it's been a couple of years. Not the best time for pictures as it was sunny, but I'll take what I can get.
The root of ego is nothing other than a wrong belief, ""I am John"" From this, countless other beliefs generate, the end result being worldly attachment.
