Bald Eagle standing in the the water, looking at its own reflection and possibly waiting for fish to pass by. It was the first time for me seeing a bald eagle almost half soaked.
Getting their feathers all wet is a big no-no for bald eagles, since they instantly loose their ability to fly, becoming prey for other predators.

You are part of this universe,
as much as the planets,
as much as the stars
You are not a spectator,
You are not looking in from the outside,
You are the inside looking at itself.
Know that you are both
the viewer and the view;
this is the deepest self-reflection

Portrait of me without a beard and glasses. I love this skin and the eyes. All details can be found on my blog:
Every drop is a story by itself...somewhere in there, in one or two of them, is a blurred mini version of me with a camera...
Puzzling myself again.

August 2015 - August 2021.
For this occasion I decided to build a brickbuilt sign with the letters reminiscent of some of my MOCs that I'm the most proud of. Name them all. ;)
Can't believe it's already been this much! 6 years is almost 1/3 of my entire life and I cannot be more happy to have spent a lot of this time on my most favourite hobby - LEGO.
I've made so many frienships through this hobby, visited so many conventions and spent way too much money. :P Huge shoutout to my LUG mates at Zbudujmy.to, my dear friend Adam (Ace bricks), Brickzlab guys and, last but not least, the Gents.
If you reached this far in the description, thank you. As I' had been editing the picture I have come to a self reflection. The letters do not all look the same in terms of shape, and it kind of symbolizes my quality of the MOCs - it hasn't been top all the way through.
It's not a bad thing, though. All those MOCs are my creations and I'm proud of every single one of them.
Thank you all for following and supporting me, 6 years or less! There is still a lot of stuff I want to share with you all!

Une étude neurologique surprenante a révélé que le cerveau est stimulé dix fois plus fortement lorsque les gens visitent un musée et regardent des œuvres d'art en personne que lorsqu'ils regardent une reproduction, comme une carte postale ou une affiche.

The surprising neurological study discovered that the brain is stimulated in a manner that is ten times stronger when people visit a museum and look at art in person than when they view a reproduction, such as a postcard or poster.

Happy Is Who Knows How To Love - Herman Hesse//
Happiness is love, nothing else. A man who is capable of love is happy." After many years of introspection and self-reflection, Hesse came to this beautiful conclusion. There"s nothing like love to help you experience happiness.
p.s. 3. "At her first kiss I felt something melt inside me that hurt in an exquisite way. All my longings, all my dreams and sweet anguish, all the secrets that slept within me, came awake, everything was transformed and enchanted, everything made sense." - Herman Hesse
Dance Me To The End Of Love - Leonard Cohen
Life isn’t always about having the loudest voice in the room; often, it’s about having the clearest lens. We spend so much time reacting to the surface level of our experiences that we forget to look deeper.
True wisdom is a quiet, deliberate practice. It’s the decision to lean in, to look past the first impression, and to find the subtle humor or hidden lesson in a difficult moment.
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at begin to change. Today, I’m choosing to look for the gold in the gray.
We are near the end of our three and half week holiday around the South Island. We have seen and done all the things we had set out to see and do. Other than the nearly foot of snow on day two of our trip I think we have had no other nasty surprises. Andrew has managed to not fall over, break a finger or get bitten by a rabid dog this holiday so I would say all has gone well.
This is as close to a selfie that you will see of me on the jetty at Lake Rotoiti, St Arnaud.

Self Reflection
With the Covid-19 lockdown and only having limited time being allowed outside for exercise, I've decided to start a project 'Covid Lockdown Hometown Diary'.
Hard disk discovery, old stuff ;-).....
And I don´t know why I appear twice in this reflection......it came exactly out of the camera
