"WE BEGIN TO FLY WHEN WE LET GO OF SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS AND ALLOW OUR MIND AND ASPIRATIONS TO RISE TO GREATER HEIGHTS!"nnPRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE :nnDear esteemed Parents & Guardians, nn Every person takes the limits of their own field of vision for the limits of the world. We should not limit ourselves, many people limit themselves to what they think they can do.nn We can go as far as our mind lets us. What we believe, remember we can achieve. Our worst enemy cannot harm us as much as our own thoughts, unguarded.nn The best answer to anger is silence. In life, there is no such thing as impossible; it is always possible. We should never waste our energy on worries or negative thoughts, all problems are brought into existence. drop them.nn We must always hold our head high and look the world straight in the eye. If people are doubting how far we can go, go so far that we can't hear them anymore.nn Let us remember that the more we value things outside our control, the loss control we have.

Playing for beer on a public holiday. As long as they play, the beer will keep arriving. This is a self limiting process, although as Bavarians they will be pretty practiced in both brass band music and beer drinking - two national pastimes.

Seven selfish reasons why you should learn to be a coach :) Coaches reading this, please add generously!
1. You develop the capacity to be completely present: Coaches learn to create a kind of accepting, non-judgmental presence that makes it safe for the client to explore their deepest thoughts and feelings. It is in this psychological safe space that deep change and growth happens.
2. You become much more aware of your own internal processes: As you advance in your training, you develop the capacity to listen to two conversations at the same time – the external one with the client and the internal one in your head, which is triggered, by the external one. You become very aware of the self-limiting voices in your head that prevent you from being as potent as you could be.
3. You build your ability to manage conflict: When you learn to be a coach, you build your capacity to stay in inquiry mode and to listen in all conversations, however difficult that may be. You also develop the capacity to identify the outcome that the other person wants and their real needs underneath that; which allows you a certain degree of compassionate perspective – you’re learning not to react but to respond. All of which are super useful skills when you’re in the midst of a heated project discussion.
4. You develop your capacity to accept people as they are: You become aware of how strong your need to control things and you learn, at a cellular level, how surrendering control can lead to a more potent presence as a leader. When you learn to trust the other person’s capacity to learn and grow, you can see them bask in that trust and make more confident decisions for themselves.
5. You learn how to suspend judgment and be in the moment: When you practice unconditional positive regard for your clients, you can’t but help have some of that leak out into your interactions with the cabby who doesn’t want to go your way, people who cut you off in traffic and the assorted other minor ailments of modern life. It’s not mindfulness meditation but it’s close.
6. You build your own capacity to be vulnerable: Supervision is a key part of the way the Navgati ICF coaching certification program is run. In this process, coaches become comfortable with expressing their vulnerability and not-knowing; they also build their ability to receive feedback in front of a group and reflect on it.
7. You develop a sense of interested curiosity: Coaches are always interested...what makes a person tick? What underlying motivations and insecurities drive their behaviour? The honing of your capacity to pay attention to the details helps with innovation; with problem solving and so much more.
Ping me if you'd like to talk about this some more!

*M81 is one of the brightest galaxies in the night sky. It is located 11.6 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Ursa Major and has an apparent magnitude of 6.9. Through a pair of binoculars, the galaxy appears as a faint patch of light in the same field of view as M82. A small telescope will resolve M81’s core. The galaxy is best observed during April.
The galaxy’s central bulge contains much older, redder stars. It is significantly larger than the Milky Way’s bulge. A black hole of 70 million solar masses resides at the center of M81 and is about 15 times the mass of the Milky Way’s central black hole.
*M82 or the Cigar galaxy, shines brightly at infrared wavelengths and is remarkable for its star formation activity. The Cigar galaxy experiences gravitational interactions with its galactic neighbor, M81, causing it to have an extraordinarily high rate of star formation — a starburst.
Around the galaxy’s center, young stars are being born 10 times faster than they are inside our entire Milky Way galaxy. Radiation and energetic particles from these newborn stars carve into the surrounding gas, and the resulting galactic wind compresses enough gas to make millions of more stars. The rapid rate of star formation in this galaxy eventually will be self-limiting. When star formation becomes too vigorous, it will consume or destroy the material needed to make more stars. The starburst will then subside, probably in a few tens of millions of years.
M82 was discovered, along with its neighbor M81, by the German astronomer Johann Elert Bode in 1774. Located 12 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Ursa Major, M82 has an apparent magnitude of 8.4 and is best observed in April. Although it is visible as a patch of light with binoculars in the same field of view as M81, larger telescopes are needed in order to resolve the galaxy’s core.
*NGC 3077 The Garland Galaxy is a small disrupted elliptical galaxy, a member of the M81 Group, which is located in the northern constellation Ursa Major. Despite being similar to an elliptical galaxy in appearance, it is peculiar for two reasons. First, it shows wispy edges and scattered dust clouds that are probably a result of gravitational interaction with its larger neighbors, similar to the galaxy M82. Second, this galaxy has an active nucleus. This caused Carl Seyfert in 1943 to include it in his list of galaxies, which are now called Seyfert Galaxies. However, NGC 3077, though an emission line galaxy, is today no longer classified as a Seyfert galaxy.

Baby me, back in the day, running on Red Bull and Adderall and numbing the pain with Vicodin and Klonopin. I am so grateful that girl didn’t give up before the miracle. I had the same fire in me back then; it was just being masked by so many layers of trauma and self-limiting beliefs, and I was inadvertently poisoning myself on a daily basis. What an impossible situation.
Now that I’m learning how to heal, I feel compelled to help others to do the same. We are the Creators of our Reality! We can have whatever we want. We just need to tune ourselves to that frequency, and it’s ours.
This is what I've been waking up to. I think she likes the warmth of the laptop. However this is probably not the greatest thing for the laptop, I should find a way to discourage this...taking pictures probably isn't going to do it.
Note to self: limiting Prudence photos to once a week so this doesn't turn into a 365 of Pru.

“We like to say that Archean Earth is the most alien planet we have geochemical data for,”
For astronomers trying to understand which distant planets might have habitable conditions, the role of atmospheric haze has been hazy. To help sort it out, a team of researchers has been looking to Earth – specifically Earth during the Archean era, an epic 1-1/2-billion-year period early in our planet’s history. A team led by Goddard scientists thinks the haze was self-limiting, cooling the surface by about 36 degrees Fahrenheit (20 Kelvins) – not enough to cause runaway glaciation. The team’s modeling suggests that atmospheric haze might be helpful for identifying earthlike exoplanets that could be habitable. Credits: NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center/Francis Reddy

Fear Quotes :
You are the one giving fear a leg to stand on.
Author Dodinsky.
Fear is nothing but collection of thoughts which stems out based on our self limiting beliefs. If we do not encourage those thoughts, our mind acts as a leg to stand on.

Condition Yourself - Stop The Limiting
Many times, imagine the thoughts that plague you " No I cant do this", " I might fail if I try", " They will just make fun of me", These thoughts and a lot more of ones similar to it will only limit what you can achieve and make you panic.
Imagine transforming yourself into someone more calm, having tones of self confidence, so much so that walking into a full room of strangers feels easy, and you freely socialize while being perfectly comfortable in your skin. Imagine having the confidence to stand up on stage and casually speak to a whole audience like you were speaking to yourself in the bath room mirror,
This will only happen if you stop limiting yourself and get rid of your phobias. Easier said than done right? But it is a real possibility. This is what Dr Jones teaches in his exclusive system - 8 Days to End Limiting Beliefs.

The majority of the thoughts we think tinyurl.com/k97h9zv each day are unconscious and unmanaged. When our thoughts are unmanaged, they are almost always negative. Self-talk tends to be deeply rooted in and attached to past feelings and experiences. When we become reactive, our inner dialogue naturally becomes negative and self-recriminating.
Lots of people don't believe they have what it takes.
They get down about it. They get down on themselves. They go into a funk.
And they're going about it all wrong.
Don't think about it as a failure - think about it as an initiative to grow. Don't view your lack of skills as a barrier - view it as a wall to smash through. Don't think about your lack of knowledge on any one particular topic as a weakness - view it as an opportunity to learn!
If you don't have what it takes, do what it takes to get to what it takes! Think about the mismatch this way - it's an invitation to do better! To learn more. To work harder. To revisit your efforts. To challenge yourself more!
And that's precisely why I've released Embracing Mediocrity and Escaping Mediocrity. They're designed to be read together as your personal invitation to bridge any gap that might exist in the way of your future.
Here's how they go together.
Step 1: Identifying the "What It Takes" Gap with Embracing Mediocrity
Before you can build, you have to clear the ground. Embracing Mediocrity acts as a satirical guide and a "funhouse mirror" to the countless ways we rationalize settling for less. These are the self-limiting behaviors that often cause us to settle for less. In the same way, it not about truly embracing the average; it's about exposing it. It will give you a heads-up on what you are missing - the things that might be causing the gap. It's for self-reflection of your weaknesses - which will help you discover your strengths.
It works in a weird, inverse way. Think of every "recommendation" in Embracing Mediocrity as a red flag, a warning sign. These are the moments when you retreat into your comfort zones, and in doing so, create an opportunity for honest reflection and meaningful change. It's about naming your fears and identifying your self-imposed limitations!
I dare you to find the courage to read it, and reflect what it is telling you. Once you do so, you are ready for the next steps.
Step 2: Charting the Course to "Get What It Takes" with Escaping Mediocrity
Once you've identified the barriers, it's time to smash through them.
Escaping Mediocrity is the direct antidote to any stagnation you might be facing. It will challenge your thinking and stretch your ambition - and help you bridge the gap.
How? It will set you on a course to consider new perspectives, find clarity of purpose, commit to growth, and persevere through setbacks. It will start you thinking about what you need to do to move forward, setting you on a path to close the gap between your ambition and your capabilities.
I'm pretty convinced that reading Embracing Mediocrity and Escaping Mediocrity together will give you a powerful, way to close the gap between your skills and your goals; your ambition and your capabilities; your ideas and initiative.
So, if you feel that gap between what you want to achieve and where you are, consider it an invitation. An invitation to pick up both Embracing Mediocrity and Escaping Mediocrity. Consume their wisdom together, and you might truly find something that will help you to identify what is holding you back – and what you can do to keep moving forward!
Remember -> they're at mediocrity.jimcarroll.com
