The brew master at Capitol Brewery was quirky. He named all the fermentation tanks after Frank Zappa songs. The beer here was awesome. Kirby tries to keep it real, Bavarian style. The pilsner was hoppy and flavorful, and the Bavarian lager was especially nice.

Fuji X100. Lightroom 3 Selenium B&W. Still in love with B&W film (at least the idea and the look). This is a good throwback camera which can operate like an old rangefinder (even though it really isn't) The viewfinder is great and the controls are a wonderful throwback.
