A lot of space to relax in. There were a lot of Saudi women returning to Riyadh and Jeddah. At the beginning of the flight before departure there were many women fighting with the flight attendants regarding seat selection. At one time, the co-pilot had to deal with one dispute. Apparently even though you have a seat selected and it is printed on your ticket, it some cases it doesn't matter. The ladies will argue that they cannot sit beside a "man" due to religious issues or that they want to sit on an aisle seat only. Thank goodness I got my seat early and didn't have any issues. LOL
At the beginning of the C-section, before things got crazy and my husband was escorted out with my newborn baby boy. Ken wouldn't let anyone else see Horatio until after I was out of recovery, which took only 6 1/2 hours.

Back to school time is here. This was taken in 1908, at Scarborough School Section No. 7. The school stood on the north side of Old Kingston Road, west of Highland Creek.

Recent family trip took us through Toledo. I took the opportunity to take some pictures of Fifth Third Park where the Mud Hens play. This shot is from just outside the Swamp Shop. The girl working there was nice enough to let me in to take a few pictures as long as I didn't leave this section. It looks like an awesome place to watch a ball game. i hope to get back there soon to see a game.
Always a good idea to saw off the bottom of your trunk -- we make ornaments of the slices. Usually, I write the year and variety of tree and some trenchant political commentary on them.

Exciting news on the Ridge Pike Improvement Project! Montco officials broke ground on Section D of the Ridge Pike Improvement Project from Crescent Avenue to Philadelphia. Construction on Section D, located in Whitemarsh and Springfield Townships, will begin this spring. The project will improve safety and reduce congestion and will also improve pedestrian safety and transit accessibility. I work on smallish sections and attach them to the side of the bigger piece once complete. This system kind of developed during the piecing process.
