TempORarily handicapped by handicap sign.

Washington Square Center

1050 Connecticut Ave NW

Washington, DC

I was just being a polite gentleman and holding the door open for a lady to enter before I left the building. My hand slipped on the glass. The handicap sign you see sliced my little finger and cut into the ring finger too. They have this razor sharp metal glued to each door on both sides. I guess we're making sacrifices to the gods of architecture.

Gosh, just had another thought, I hope this is not intended to satisfy their Section 508 ADA compliance for the Blind.
