Ce stupa appartient à la secte Sagalika. Le complexe s'étend sur environ 5,6 hectares et aurait abrité 10 000 moines bouddhistes. Un côté du stupa mesure 176 m de long et les volées d'escaliers sur chacun des quatre côtés mesurent 9 m de large. Le montant de la porte du sanctuaire, situé dans la cour, mesure 8 m de haut. Le stupa a une fondation de 8,5 m de profondeur et repose sur un substrat rocheux.
