On a completely empty stretch of beach there was a couple of abandoned seats. On closer inspection I could see they were a little bit rusty, so they have obviously been there for some time. I liked the way they were left, as if someone had just been using them moments before. I knew I had to get a shot but they were quite difficult to photograph as there were rocks directly behind, so it was tricky getting low enough to get a decent angle.
If I could take this shot again I would have liked the chairs slightly smaller in the frame and squeezed into the bottom left with the boat further into the right of the frame. When I am under pressure to get a shot time-wise I have found I tend to panic or miss things which I would have considered given a little more time.

I hope to add some lovely flowers to attract the pollinators around this arbor and bench this summer if the weather ever warms up.
Outdoor seating at Oxford Street, Southampton. All of this area of eateries and pubs was deserted yesterday lunchtime despite it being a beautiful day.

The model was a OOC corgi metrobus in Maidstone livery wich came with standard seating, so they had to be either removed or converted, i decided to just add head rests to the standard seating using plastercard superglue and a very steady pair of prongs.

A view of the stylized bench seat at the Mornington Pier. Everyone was either walking up and down the pier or had bought their own folding seats. The photo also shows the cliffs at the end of the pier and the plinth to Matthew Flinders, Navigator 1774 -1814 on top. He landed near Mornington in 1802.
