Day One Hundred and Seventy-Four: Project 365

I have had this seashell since I was a little kid. We found it in the front yard of our house in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I have no idea how it got there.

I used Kim Klassen's textures golden and pourvous with color burn and multiply.

Week 5

Theme: Seashells:

I was on a local beach late in the afternoon and the light was perfect. I shot a dozen or so random seashells and decided to make that the theme for the coming week.

Found this shell at Alki beach in Seattle Wa. My kids find the barnacles gross..thought it was interesting enough to keep.
