This is my first cat I have in my live. His name is Toto, and his die at 7 years old. I love the Siamese Cats.
At least it's only raining cats, not dogs. Yep, we have taken on another crew of kittens. A family of six kittens were rejected by their momma when someone moved their home (a hay bale). For whatever reason, we opted for a Dr. Seuss themed litter. The sealpoint cream male--the boss of the crew--is Horton. There are two all-black kittens, a male and a female. They are Thing One and Thing Two. The last three are all gray little fluffballs. So far we have JoJo and Cindy Lou, but I'm not even sure what we have for the third gender. And, furthermore, we can't tell them apart yet. Our hands are full caring for yet another crew of felines. Hopefully we will successfully clear up the eye infection in all six kittens as well as find them all warm, safe, loving forever homes in another five to seven weeks.

Siamese tomcat 7 month
* Kop: wigvormig en dient in het ideale geval samen met de grote, schuingeplaatste oren een perfecte gelijkzijdige driehoek te vormen. De kin mag niet al te geprononceerd zijn, maar ook zeker niet terugwijken. Lange neus, bij voorkeur met een Romeins profiel, maar in elk geval zonder inkeping vloeiend doorlopend in het schedeldak.
* Ogen: amandelvormig, zuiver donkerblauw en staan iets schuin geplaatst.
* Oren: groot, schuingeplaatst.
* Lichaam: elegante en lenige bouw. Het sierlijke lichaam is lang, slank en gespierd, het mag nergens grofheid vertonen. De achterhand behoort hoger te zijn dan de voorhand. De poten zijn slank en lang, de voetjes ovaal.
* Staart: lang en dun en loopt spits toe als een zweep.
* Vacht: zijdezacht en kort en fijn van structuur. Betrekkelijk weinig ondervacht.
* Kleur: Kittens worden geheel wit geboren. Later krijgen ze hun gekleurde points. Oorspronkelijke kleuren zijn: seal-, blue-, chocolate- en lilacpoint, ze zijn er in tortie en tortietabby. Cinnamon-, fawn-, smoke-, silvertabby- en bi/tricolourpoint.

Not the best pics as it's so hard to photograph feral cats/kittens because they are so scared and I can't take the chance of them escaping from the trap or carrier.
TNR at this location went well the two days I was there. The easy ones have been caught. Next week I may not be as successful.

Today Morris is 12 Weeks old but today was also his first trip to the vet......I don't think he was Impressed!!
Simba has been attempting to hunt the white-plumed honeyeaters which have been visiting the yard today.
While trying to photograph said honeyeaters, which would annoyingly but predictably be scared away by his presence, I decided to photograph the hunter as well as the hunted.
Here is Simba, looking for his potential prey.
Fortunately for the honeyeaters, Simba was unsuccessful in his attempts to entrap them.
Actually, things are going okay right now. We have increased his med to the max dose, and other than making him sleepy, it seems to be helping. Bogart had an enjoyable romp yesterday with me. He was so happy out there; his joy was infectious. . . I'm busy responding to requests for kittens, so I don't have time to sort photos. Sounds like I have three homes for the fluffballs already, but I don't trust that until we've met and the kittens have left for their new home. Horton, of course, went fast. So many people want a sealpoint. And, what's fabulous, is this boy has both looks and personality. Praying for good homes for all seven kittens needing homes right now (Fifi included)!

My niece & nephew plus The twins (toddlers) came to visit him today and all got on Brilliantly......They tired each other out towards the end........Bless Them!!

This is hard to explain so I won't go into a lot of detail: I had been doing cat TNR in a neighborhood in my town and thought I was done but was called to trap a tom cat last winter. I was able to trap him and get him neutered but not before he had impregnated the neighbor's cat. I said that i'd take the mother cat in for spay after her kittens were weaned...so I got a call last weekend that her kittens were weaned [actually they are now at least 6 months old so mom must be a bit older than they told me.--see below].
This mom cat is only a year old--and she's tame...not feral. This was her first [and last] litter. I am picking up the cost of the spay--as I didn't want her people to change their mind about getting her fixed.. I picked her up last night and she will have surgery sometime today. Woo hoo !!!!
