An accidental close encounter with a young harbour seal when I walked within a few feet of it until it snorted/barked a warning. It was probably 30 metres from the water. I retreated and took a few photos before it made its way down to the water. Hartlen Point, Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia.

Whilst the other sea lions were playing (see previous image), this one decided to bathe under the hot sun.
