One of my bookcases, completely weighed down, another mirror. Cord Board corvered in buisness cards of fellow artists I've met over the years. Yes... batmask.

Thats a 4 shelf book case... STUFFED and ready to break there is no space... I need like 2 more of them XD
in the mirrors reflection you can see the door of my studio... and hanging on the door is... a batcape XD

a diver's mask is a peephole into another world. it functions by trapping air between a glass pane and the diver's eyes. my mask is like a scrying stone, giving me a glimpse of a place more beautiful than this.
i used a large aperture, slow shutter speed, and high ISO because it was a low light setting. i focused the shallow DOF on the words in the center of the mask. It was annoying with blurry words.

She's fun to play on EU. She will be the master crafter for any other characters I make. Starting from "nothing" like I did on NA is challenging but I find it kind of fun and at times challenging. The only thing that bites is not having all the things I have on the NA server and having to grind scrying and excavating again. That is painfully slow.
This chalice was thrown in two parts from porcelain, then carved and pierced. The carving was done with the idea of smoke from incense.
The glaze is Scrying Bowl Black with Buttercream on top, then they were rubbed to make them mingle a bit before firing. I really like the way it highlights the carving subtly.

I angled it this way to hide that the body was posed a bit strangely (his back was arched while the head was jutting out). ^^
