This kitten from our recent TNR project revealed himself to be very friendly. I didn't like the idea of putting him back (on the street, distrust is what keeps feral cats alive) so I put an ad on Craigs List looking for an adopter. I offered a reduced adoption fee (normally $100 but in this case I said I would only ask for his vetting charges, $40). I got a response and scheduled a visit for the same evening. They loved him (and he put on a good show too) so it was a done deal! He got fixed yesterday and will go to his new home tonight! I wish every adoption went this smoothly.
