'Scratching around' for some vintage London Transport tube shots I came across this one taken at Queen's Park on 5 February 1985 featuring the 'heritage' Bakerloo 1938 stock (car Nos.11291-012371-10291-11012-12027-012256-10012) having just arrived on a service from Elephant & Castle.

It was really entertaining watching this giant animal seek relief from an itch by rubbing against this tree aggressively. It was so loud that I thought for sure she'd break the tree she was leaning into. I have a really funny video of her rubbing her backside back and forth across the tree which makes me think of Baloo from The Jungle Book.
A female mallard seemingly scratching her head or her back. Love watching these guys too at Kilbogget Park
Scratching each other is a favorite activity of Przewalski's horses. Especially at a time when mosquitoes and midges are plentiful

Here he is again - our handsome boy showing his beautiful mane of hair. We awoke to a fresh coat of snow again this morning and we are expecting rain now - very messy!
