This is a picture of a building being build in Kakaako. I think it would be a condo. I like this picture because it shows what is going on in Kakaako like new housing and buildings being created to modernize the place.

After 2 months waiting for painter guy to return (from where, I didn't know, he just kept calling to say he'd show up Monday, Wednesday, Friday, etc), I'd had enough. Hadn't been able to use my porch 1/2 the summer since he came and scraped and left so I just decided to go at it myself. It took 2 days of hard work and was done. End of painter-guy story. Much $ saved.

If you look closely, you can see that the binding is laminated - there's a very thin strip of black that makes the border between the binding and the dark color of the body.
