From my bike, but surprisingly not while riding. I dropped my bike while standing and the crankset said hello to my ankle.
My friend scraping coconut meat for me as I prepare for a snack called "Palitaw". This is our first time to use this tool and it seems to be working fine.
With the 3o+ hours that I personally put into the kitchen floors, I decided to speed things up a bit- hire a crew to scrap off the tar paper. What a fabulous idea!

Wild turkeys will scrape the leaf litter to find insects and nuts. Here are some examples of scrapes I found associated with some turkey scat in my other photos.
Result of slipping on gravel and twisting my ankle. Scrap happened - through the jeans, guess I should be glad I wasn't wearing shorts.

Each board will be crafted different depending on each board's characteristics. It will feel like an old foot worn floor, not like the machine patterned scraped floors.
This muddy pond shoreline was visited by mud dauber wasps, which came to scoop up mud with their mandibles and carry it off for nest-building. These patches of scrapes were a little under a centimeter across.

Story #3
Today has been incredibly eventful! I began my day off like usual, with a bowl of oats and editing some photos. Trevor Stine had been asking me to come shoot him and some friends skim boarding for a while but I had been busy whenever they went to skim. Today Finally I had some time so I met up with them at ALKI, before I got there they got interviewed by seattle times and had a article written about them. Made me realize being on time is extremely important!
Once I got done shooting I went to go pick up a new toy. After searching for nearly 3 months I finally picked up a 35L! Seconds after I picked it up my fellow photographer Andrew Dunn shot me a text seeing if I wanted to shoot. Slapped my 35L on my camera and rolled out! After Dunn got done drooling of my new lens I went to some of my favorite local spots. It feels great to be able to shoot with people with equal or more knowledge. Sometimes I feel like I'm just dragging along with this whole photography thing and not really going anywhere. Back in high school i felt I had steady inspiration to shoot everyday. Which shouldn't be any different now. While I shot Andrews Miata I realized I should really be networking with other photographers. It just makes this whole business that much more fun.

A very poor shot of (I think) 55017 on the buffer stops at a very gloomy Kings Cross. This was on the same film as my shots of Stratford Open Day so would have been 1981

Well, we started to melt off some of our snow today. And it was all fine and good, until I tried to step out into a street this evening. The stream of melting runoff had refrozen, hard. So, basically, I slipped and fell. My immedate concern was the bag full o' lenses on my shoulder, which lightly tapped the ground. My knees took the brunt of the impact, followed by my hands. It hurt, but I still got up afterward.
I didn't realize I'd scraped my knee open until I got home, maybe an hour later.
