A lot of years ago, haha, when I was a student at Friedrich-Schiller-University, we liked to hike to Cospeda, having sausages and beer in this pub.
Napoleon had slept in this house, and the owner of the pub looked like Napoleon himself. If you had seen him, you would have learned to believe in a dejavu.

The engineering company for this was was based in Melton Mowbray. It was T. Cowman & Sons, and I believe that there is a Martin Cowman, civil and marine engineering contractors. Martin Cowman was established in 1946 (probably about when this photo was taken), but whether related to T Cowman I don't know. I think that T Cowman had something to do with electricity installation.
