The job of scraping cinnamon sticks earns about $8 per day. In relative terms its actually quite good, as a tea picker working in the hot sun would only earn $5 per day. Something to smile about.

A touch of frost on the windshield, scrap or just defrost? I think I will go back in and let the defroster do the magic.

This doorway is on Broad Street. I liked the bench and shadows. The boot scraper always reminds me of how filthy streets used to be with open sewers and no street cleaning. I think it was Ben Franklin who invented street cleaning, all those years ago (but well after this boot scraper was fitted obviously). I think there's a horse mounting block in the car park here behind the building.

I wish I'd taken more longer shots on this morning. Though a lot of landmarks were covered. It would have been a good day to use the 24-240mm. As it is, this is the longest end of the 24-105mm.
