Intrigued by the utterly simple, yet very effective working feature of 8958 (my only PM set) I tried to include some easy-to-use playability as well. Turning the round brick on top by 45 degrees will lift the dozer blade and the cab rests in two positions.

When ever we went to Tipcon we stopped at Levertons to have a look at the Cats sat outside, it was part of the day out, that, and calling at Harry Ramsdens for tea on the way home, one of the few times in a year when I ate fish and chips. Unfortunately as two out of four kids had their birthday at the same time at the beginning of May, we also had to call at ToysRus to buy presents, we were sat waiting for them to open on the Sunday morning, I hated the place but it had to be done.

If ever an experience put me off wanting to be a bus driver. It was a couple of times in years gone by I occupied the seat above the driver here. The 272 Sheffield-Castleton operates a loop of Bradwell in each direction. Ending with a tight fit as seen here followed by a tight left turn yards after (see next picture). At least a one way system and traffic lights assist the driver nowadays.
