www.aquaticsphysicaltherapy.com - (941) 924-9525 At White Sands Physical Therapy & Aquatics (WSPTA), we have pioneered in the development of protocols that have been very effective in dealing with spinal problems - from the neck into the low back. These protocols are unique to us and have been very effective in solving spinal problems when all previous attempts at intervention have failed. Our spinal protocols (termed non-surgical spinal decompression) are safe and have enabled hundreds of previous patients to avoid more invasive procedures, such as epidural injections and spinal surgeries. These protocols are mechanically-based and have much proven science behind them. They have proven effective in treating herniated or protruded discs, radiculopathies, spinal stenosis, sciatica, facet arthropathies, among other diagnoses.

Going on the theory about putting cold packs on my back to help, with the pain going down my back and leg I thought I would try a cold bath.it kind of helped

One plant at the edge of newly landscaped area sown with grass next to Rushcliffe Arena, Nottinghamshire SK5736. Some of the substrate has been imported. The Anthemis austriaca probably comes from a nearby urban meadow, two years ago.

In 1738 Doctor Charles Deering wrote in Nottingham's first flora "Flowers in June in many Places hereabout. I have met with it in plenty on the left Hand side of the Road leading from Nottingham to Radford, also in Basford &c. Of this the Seeds are chiefly used which are very Diuretic."

More recently, Mrs Grieve's Modern Herbal tells us the name of Flixweed or Fluxweed comes from having been given in cases of dysentery. She writes "It was called by the old herbalists Sophia Chirugorum, "The Wisdom of Surgeons" on account of its vulnerary properties. The juice, mixed with an equal quantity of honey or vinegar, has been recommended for chronic coughs and hoarseness, and ulcerated sore throats. A strong infusion of the herb has proved excellent in asthma, and the seeds formed a special remedy for sciatica... Combined with Vervain it is supposed to have been Count Mattaei's famous remedy, Febrifugo."
